Tabytha “Tobie” Kuykendall
Tobie holds a Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, A Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth, and is in the process of obtaining a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Sul Ross University. She gained admission to the Texas State Bar in 2009, and is a member of the Texas Family Law Section of the Texas Bar, the State Bar College, the American Bar Association, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR), and the National Association of Claimants Representatives (NADR).
Prior to opening her law office, Tobie served as an Assistant Attorney General, in the child support division, for the Attorney General’s Office, where she gained extensive experience in family law matters. Tobie also worked at several high-volume Social Security Disability firms where she gained considerable experience practicing Social Security Disability law.
